This private meeting with Marine will study your eating habits and how to improve them whatever your goals.
From general health, to weight loss to sports performance, Marine will develop a nutrition strategy that suits you. Whether it’s nutritional advice for general recreational exercise or competition sport, Marine will discuss the following with you :

From team sports to ultra endurance sports, Marine can help you ignite your potential.
This assessment is followed by 1 WEEK OF FREE COACHING to help you in your food rebalancing and monitor the state of your health. You will learn the basics of nutrition and advice to lose weight permanently or solve your nutritional problems with a FULL NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT REPORT.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

Follow-up dietary consultations are complementary to the nutritional assessment. They allow you to follow the dietary changes that you have been able to put in place following Marine's recommendations. She can then take stock of your objectives, answer your questions and possibly correct nutritional habits. A follow-up consultation lasts 30 minutes. It can be staggered at the rate of one consultation per month according to your needs.
SPORTS SPECIFIC REQUIMENTS
The requirements for sports nutrition can vary greatly between sports, depending on the length of the activity, the intensity, training requirements and energy system requirements. Sport-specific nutrition entails a dietary regime that will aid in optimizing sports performance. You can consider food products such as sports drinks, sports bars, sports gels and protein shakes, but in most cases basic nutrition products are just as good (or sometimes even better).
